Your staffs must learn how to be flexible !
I intend to buy a dinner for my wife , three daughters and three grand children on the International Women Day , so I thought of your cafeteria. I saw a promotion of 175,000 rp. but not on that day , so I checked with the lobby and the restaurant staff for any discounts , No. was the reply .
BTW I was staying in your hotel for three days for vacation. One of your manager want me to join Santika members to get the discount. !!!
